SAND BLASTING

Sand blasting/media blasting is a good and efficient way of cleaning and restoring many objects whilst also leaving a fine texture on the surface as a 'key' for any coating to adhere to. This can also be used to remove old paint, rust, filler and contaminants, back to the original surface. You can use various different media/grit to achieve various different finishes but knowing which to use for each particular job and other variables such as air pressure, distance, grit size and angles makes the difference to achieving a professional job with minimal to no damage to the original surface, thus, making the end result a part or project a new lease of life!
